Quick Overview

Jute is an interesting fabric to print on as it is naturally raw with a large weave. When printed on, jute reluctantly takes the print creating texture and intrigue which is what we all need in life.

Each cotton, linen or jute pillow is printed using the same traditional indian blockprinting techniques that have been used for thousands of years. Detailed blocks are chiseled out of shesham wood, then dipped in a dye pad before being stamped onto the fabric. After printing, the fabrics are washed, pressed, sewn & embellished with hand stitched details and edging.
